Several months ago we saw the closure of LI's beloved speakeasy Cork & Kerry. The master work of Mixologist Doug Brickel gave Long Islanders a true NYC cocktail experience we'll never forget. Any regular of this family of bars will be ecstatic to know that C&K alum bartender Meghan Kaminski also known as 'TIKI Meg" has opened The High Horse in Farmingdale. A top notch cocktail bar sitting right above the Dark Horse Tavern. Some are saying it is reminiscent of the Famous Dead Rabbit of NYC. Irish Pub on the bottom, cocktail parlor on top. "TiKi Meg" is well known for her love of tropically leaning drinks and we're too excited for this opening!
