Inspired by classic Caribbean rum punches and in particular the one made famous by Kingston's Myrtle Bank Hotel circa 1920.

The addition of passionfruit brings this easy going sipper into the realm of Tiki while the addition of Yuzu gives it a modern, more fragrant and aromatic dimension.
2 oz Mezan Jamaican Rum
.5 oz Mezan Guyana Rum
.5 oz pineapple juice
.5 oz passionfruit juice
.75 yuzu juice (lime ok)
3 drops Bittercube Jamaican Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a collins glass, garnish with mint and lime wheels, then serve.
