Manhattan
2 oz Nomad Outland Whisky
¾ oz Rockey’s Liqueur
¾ oz La Copa Rojo Vermouth
2 da Angostura Bitters


Stir, strain, and garnish with a cherry or orange twist.

Along the Avenue
1.5 oz Lepanto 12-Year
¾ oz Rockey’s Liqueur
¾ oz Solera 1847 Cream Sherry
½ oz Campari


Stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Brandy Old-Fashioned
1.5 oz Lepanto PX Gran Reserva
1.5 oz Rockey’s Liqueur
.5 oz Maraschino Cherry Syrup
A/N Seltzer Water
2 da Angostura Bitters


Build all ingredients in a rocks glass with ice, using seltzer sparingly. Garnish with a cherry and
orange twist.

Maple Fizz
1.5 oz Lepanto PX Gran Reserva
1.5 oz Rockey’s Liqueur
¾ oz Maple Syrup
½ oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Heavy Cream
1 ea Whole Egg
A/N Seltzer Water


Shake all ingredients except seltzer water without ice. Add ice, shake, and strain into an empty,
chilled highball that has been primed with approximately 1 oz of chilled seltzer. Add seltzer as
necessary to fill and garnish with nutmeg.
