KNICKERBOCKER
2 oz Denizen Aged White
¾ oz Raspberry Syrup
¾ oz lime juice
2 dashes each Tiki and Peychaud's Bitters
Combine all in a shaker with ice, shake to chill, then strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with 2 - 3 raspberries on a skewer, or a dehydrated lime wheen, then serve
THE LOW DOWN
1 ½ oz Denizen Vatted Dark
½ oz Jagermeister
½ oz Spiced Coffee Syrup
2 dashes aromatic bitters
Combine all in a rocks glass, add a large rock. Stir to chill, garnish with an orange twist, then serve.
NOTE: This serve will be fully batched and chilled the day before if space permits.
TEMPLE OF DOOM
2 oz Denizen Merchant's Reserve
¾ oz Orgeat
½ oz Passionfruit liqueur
¾ Lime
Combine all in a shaker with scant pebbled ice. Whip shake or flash blend, pour into a chilled rocks glassover pebbled ice. Garnish with a mint sprig, then serve
