The Brixton opened in Winter of 2017 with the goal to bring craft cocktails & small plates to the beautiful Village of Babylon. Making all of our syrups, squeezing fresh juice daily, utilizing seasonal ingredients & unique spirits that many people may not have tasted otherwise.  We aim to expand every guest's knowledge & broaden their horizons when it comes to libations.  Our food follows that same theme; taking quality, seasonal ingredients & creating something magical.

Utilizing Tanteo's Habanero Tequila for our cocktail was a no brainer!  Their line of Tequila's has elevated our bar program by using spices such as habañero, that are available all year long.
 
We incorporated their habañero tequila into one of our house favorite cocktail's, The Mexican Firing Squad & it has given it new life. Another huge bonus for us with this brand, is that they are focused on employing & empowering women in an often male dominated industry...which is exactly what The Brixton aims to do as well.

GENERAL TSAO'S CAULIFLOWER

You've never had cauliflower like this before! A play on General Tso's Chicken; we created the ultimate, addictive veggie version. First we dredge, then we fry, then we smother with our housemade General Tso sauce and sprinkle with black & white sesame seeds. This is the food so nice, it's often ordered twice.

HEATHER MONAGHAN

Meet Heather Monaghan! 10 years of experience & dedication has landed her in the coveted Bar Manager role at The Brixton. Her ability to create, at a moment's notice, a brand new cocktail with minimal guidance is unmatched. She creates the bar program that changes seasonally, using only the freshest ingredients as well as uncommon spirits.Often taking things you would never imagine working together & creating a top selling cocktail.

 

For example, 'Irum Maiden', this cocktail took inspiration from our General Tso's Cauliflower & used Wasabi, Lemongrass, & Sesame Oil to create an amazing, savory play on a daiquiri. You can find her behind the bar always smiling, always having fun, & always creating!
