From the land of good tequila, mariachis and charreadas this concoction gets its inspiration of volcanic soil and ancestral tradition infusing Mijenta blanco the delicate hibiscus flower, saffron horchata, salted pistachio orgeat and finishing with an acid adjusted falernum that gives this drink a playful tiki feeling still representing the culture and heritage from los Altos de Jalisco.

ABOUT THE BARTENDER

For over 16 years Marcelo Chasi has held different positions in the food and beverage industry, working for different chefs like Jean George, Tom Coliccio and Michael White. Graduating in 2008 from the French Culinary Institute in NY. Marcelo has more than 10 years of experience as a bartender & 3 years of experience as a brand ambassador. Getting his education in Peru and Puerto Rico, passionate with a great love to agave spirits, Chasi has had opportunities to represent brands like Sombra mezcal and Aldez tequila in Panorama mezcal with strong relationship development in the NY market.
