For over 16 years Marcelo Chasi has held different positions in the food and beverage industry, working for different chefs like Jean George, Tom Coliccio and Michael White. Graduating in 2008 from the French Culinary Institute in NY. Marcelo has more than 10 years of experience as a bartender & 3 years of experience as a brand ambassador. Getting his education in Peru and Puerto Rico, passionate with a great love to agave spirits, Chasi has had opportunities to represent brands like Sombra mezcal and Aldez tequila in Panorama mezcal with strong relationship development in the NY market.
