Providing a modern twist on classic American food and drink, Chef Matthew Capone and Beverage Director Michael Belasco have come together to provide guest with a comfortable dining experience.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Chef Matthew brings his American Italian background and his inspirations from New York City to create a unique take on NYC comfort food. Michael, born and raised in northern California and inspired from his travels from Los Angeles to New York City, uses his classically trained hospitality experience to carefully create traditional cocktails with his own twist.
Alongside owner Enkeleda Kelmendi and operator Arber Kelmendi, the team has created a local and seasonally sourced menu that is inspired from the whole team.
Michael Anthony Belasco a bartender and beverage director from Northern California, with 15 years of experience in hospitality. During his travels after graduating from college, from Los Angeles to New York, he was fortunate to meet Chef Matt Capone and Owner and Operator Arber Kelmendi. With influence from East Coast seafood restaurants and Italian cuisine, Belasco has thrived on blending classically inspired cocktails with a twist, and providing our guests at A 10 Kitchen to enjoy great food and beverages with a comfortable ambiance. --
